Mid Season    $900.00         £500.00 per week.  Feb 10  - Jun 15. (Excludes Easter)

High Season    $975.00        £550.00 per week.  Jun 16  – Sept 2, Oct 15 – Nov 5, Nov 20 - Nov 30

Peak Season   $1100.00      £600.00 per week.  Dec 14  - Jan 7.  Mar 20 – Apr 21, 

Pool Heat is Recommended October – April    

Pool Heat Weekly Rate  $150.00         £85.00.  

Pool Heat  Daily    Rate    $25.00         £14.00.  Minimum 3 days

13% Florida Sales & Tourist Tax is Included to all the above rates.

Minimum length of stay is for 3 nights. 

Bookings of less than 7 nights incur a $95.00     £55.00 end of stay cleaning fee.
